When you rehearse alone, nobody names a card. This does. Draw one card, up to five, a suit, a color, or a full poker hand.

Most card magic turns on a choice that isn't yours: a named card, a suit, a number of cards. Practice alone and you end up choosing for the spectator, and you choose what your hands already like. A random draw takes the choice away from you, so your practice covers the cards you would never pick.
What you can draw.
- Any card (Total cards: 1 to 5)
- Court card
- Number card
- Suit
- Red or Black
- Face or Back
- Any Club
- Any Heart
- Any Spade
- Any Diamond
- Poker hand
How to practice with it.
- Spin, then run the effect for that card from the top. No redraws. The awkward cards are the point.
- Set Total cards to 5 and rehearse a whole sequence without stopping between draws.
- Use Suit, Red or Black, or Face or Back when the routine turns on a smaller choice.
- Draw a Poker hand to rehearse your patter around a deal. The cards that make the hand are highlighted.
Good to know.
Results come from your browser's built-in random number generator. That is right for the practice room, and wrong for anything with money or security riding on it. Your results stay in your browser. They are not saved, and they are not sent to us.
